Minnesota Wild Ticket Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Minnesota Wild Ticket Sweepstakes Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 47 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Maine) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal residency, age, and identity if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will consist of two separate entry periods:

December Game Sweepstakes Period: Begins on Friday, October 23rd at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Eligible entries received during this period will qualify for the December prize drawing.

April Game Sweepstakes Period: Begins on February 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends on March 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Eligible entries received during this period will qualify for the April prize drawing.

Entries submitted before or after the applicable Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for that drawing.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://drinkcarbliss.com/pages/mn-wild-sweeps (the “Sweepstakes Site”) during the applicable Sweepstakes Period and complete the registration form with your true and correct information in all required fields.

Required fields are expected to include first name, last name, email address, phone number, and date of birth, subject to the final registration form published on the Sweepstakes Site.

Each eligible, completed registration form received during an applicable Sweepstakes Period will earn one (1) entry into the corresponding drawing (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person per day during each Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household for the entire Sweepstakes. Entrants may not share an email address.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Drawings and Odds

Two (2) separate random drawings will be held in connection with the Sweepstakes.

December Prize Drawing: On or about December 1, 2026. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the December Game Sweepstakes Period.

April Prize Drawing: On or about April 1, 2027. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the April Game Sweepstakes Period.

There will be two (2) winners in total, one for each drawing. Entries received during one Sweepstakes Period will not carry over into the other drawing. Each drawing will be conducted separately, and each potential winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the corresponding Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, one for each drawing.

December Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
• Four (4) lower-level tickets to one (1) Minnesota Wild regular-season home game scheduled to take place during December 2026; and
• One (1) $200 voucher redeemable at The Warming House, subject to the voucher’s terms and conditions.

April Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
• Four (4) lower-level tickets to one (1) Minnesota Wild regular-season home game scheduled to take place during April 2027; and
• One (1) $200 voucher redeemable at The Warming House, subject to the voucher’s terms and conditions.

The specific game date, opponent, ticket location, and any restrictions associated with the tickets will be determined by the tickets awarded and communicated to the applicable winner. The selected game is subject to availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor, each prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, parking, spending money, or any other expenses associated with attending the game. Each winner and their guests are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the applicable prize.

Each prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Each prize is subject to any applicable venue, event, ticketing, admission, and voucher requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for event postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the event, or for restrictions affecting use of the voucher. Any remedy related to such circumstances will be subject to applicable law and the policies of the relevant event organizer, ticket issuer, or voucher provider.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, on or about the applicable drawing date. Sponsor may make reasonable attempts to contact each potential winner.

Each potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or within any shorter period reasonably specified by Sponsor to accommodate the event date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable drawing.

Each potential winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility, provide government-issued identification, and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, or other documentation requested by Sponsor before receiving the applicable prize. Failure to complete required verification or documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.

A person may not receive more than one (1) prize during the entire Sweepstakes. If an entrant is selected as a potential winner in both drawings, Sponsor reserves the right to award only one prize to that entrant and select an alternate winner for the other drawing, subject to applicable law.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any person.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil and criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Minnesota Wild, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), the venue, or any ticketing provider unless expressly stated otherwise. These organizations are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or attendance at a game, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications; technical, network, hardware, or software failures; unauthorized human intervention; or other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, and the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Carbliss' privacy policy, which can be found at www.drinkcarbliss.com/privacy-policy.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that the information they provide will be collected and processed for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

11. Sponsor/Administrator

This Campaign is sponsored by SNFood & Beverage LLC, 818 E. Clifford Street, Plymouth, WI 53073-4076. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform where it may be hosted.
