Carbliss Fall Classic Game 1 Ticket Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Carbliss Fall Classic Game 1 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) contiguous states of the United States (excluding Maine) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SNFood & Beverage LLC (the “Sponsor”).

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), as well as any alcohol beverage licensees (including alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, or retailers), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency, age, and identity if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of Carbliss and related parties, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Carbliss Fall Classic Game 1 Sweepstakes begins on October 16, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://drinkcarbliss.com/pages/1-million-cases?view=brewers-fall-classic (the “Sweepstakes Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the registration form with your true and correct information in all required fields.

Required fields are expected to include first name, last name, email address, phone number, and date of birth, subject to the final registration form published on the Sweepstakes Site.

Each eligible, completed registration form received during the Sweepstakes Period will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Entrants may not share an email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Drawing and Odds:
One (1) random drawing will be held for the Sweepstakes. On or about October 22, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected entrant will be considered a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to Game 1 of the Fall Classic scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026 (the “Prize”).

The exact event designation, venue, ticket location, and any restrictions associated with the tickets will be determined by the tickets awarded and communicated to the winner. Unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor, the Prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, parking, spending money, or any other expenses associated with attending the event. The winner and guest are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the Prize.

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is subject to any applicable venue, event, ticketing, and admission requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for event postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the event, and any remedy related to such circumstances will be subject to applicable law and the policies of the relevant event organizer or ticket issuer.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, on or about October 22, 2026. Sponsor may make reasonable attempts to contact the potential winner. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or within any shorter period reasonably specified by Sponsor to accommodate the event date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility, provide government-issued identification, and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, or other documentation requested by Sponsor before receiving the Prize. Failure to complete required verification or documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.

7. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any person.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil and criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any event organizer, league, team, venue, or ticketing provider unless expressly stated otherwise. Any such organizations are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.

8. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or attendance at the event, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications; technical, network, hardware, or software failures; unauthorized human intervention; or other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

9. Disputes and Governing Law:
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, and the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Carbliss’ Privacy Policy, available at https://drinkcarbliss.com/privacy-policy.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that the information they provide will be collected and processed for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
