Carbliss Selects Wisconsin Partners to Bring New Plymouth Headquarters to Life
PLYMOUTH, Wis., August 19, 2026 - Carbliss is moving forward with plans for its new corporate headquarters in Plymouth, announcing the Wisconsin based partners helping bring the project to life. The company has selected Miron Construction as construction manager, Excel Engineering for design and engineering, and Nicolet Bank as its banking partner for the project.
The new headquarters will transform the long vacant former Kmart property in Plymouth into a dynamic new space designed to support Carbliss’ continued growth while creating a destination for employees, customers and the surrounding community.
“For us, it was important that the partners helping us build the next chapter of Carbliss understood both where we’re going and where we came from,” said Adam Kroener, co-founder of Carbliss. “Miron, Excel and Nicolet understand the vision, they understand the importance of relationships, and they’re the kind of people we want beside us.”
Miron Construction will serve as construction manager, overseeing the transformation of the existing property into Carbliss’ new headquarters.
“We’re honored to be selected as Carbliss’s partner on this exciting project. As another family-owned company, we see a strong alignment between our cultures and values, and we’re excited to build a headquarters that reflects Carbliss’s remarkable growth and success,” said Dan Voss, CEO of Miron Construction Co., Inc.
Excel Engineering is leading the design of the new headquarters, working with Carbliss to create a space that supports the company’s future growth while reflecting its culture, people and energy.
“Excel is proud to partner with the Kroeners on the design of their new corporate headquarters. Carbliss has built an impressive company through innovation, vision, and sustained growth, and we’re excited to help bring the next chapter of that story to life,” said David Vanden Avond, Excel Engineering.
Nicolet Bank will serve as Carbliss’ banking partner for the project, helping support the investment and redevelopment.
“When Amanda and Adam first reached out to discuss their project, there was a great conversation around vision and their dream of creating a community asset in the heart of Plymouth,” said Robert Seal, Nicolet Bank. “Our team was given an opportunity to create shared success through a project that will bring together the community in an exciting new space that will foster relationships and camaraderie. That’s one thing that will never go out of style, relationships, and we are grateful for ours with the Carbliss team.”
Plans for the new headquarters are officially underway. Updates on the project will be shared locally and across Carbliss’ and Adam and Amanda Kroener’s social media channels as the team works toward the next chapter of its home in Plymouth.
