Carbliss Winter Campaign 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 47 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Maine) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SNFood & Beverage LLC (the "Sponsor") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as any alcohol beverage licensees (including alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, or retailers), and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of any prize.

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by the Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of Sponsor, Promotion Parties, and related parties, as well as their immediate families and household members of the same, are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period:

The Carbliss Winter Campaign begins on November 28, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Campaign Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the sweepstakes In connection with the Promotion, complete the following steps during the Campaign Period: (I)visit www.drinkcarbliss.com/pages/frozen-and-flawliss (the “Sweepstakes Site”), to be directed to the registration form and (ii) completely enter true and correct information of entrant in the required fields of the registration form (required fields include: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth). Each eligible completed registration form received will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person per day throughout the Promotion Period, for a total of a maximum of fifty (64) Sweepstakes Entries per person. Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person, per household. Entrants may not share an email address Any entry in the sweepstakes with entrant who shares the same email address as any other entrant and would otherwise be considered a valid Sweepstakes Entry will not be considered a valid Sweepstakes Entry.

4. Sweepstakes Drawings/Odds:

There will be five (5) random drawings held during the Promotion ("Drawings"). Each Drawing will take place according to the dates specified below. For each Drawing, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner of a prize related to the Promotion ("Promotion Prize") from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the respective Entry Period (as specified below). The odds of winning a Promotion Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the respective Entry Period. All non-winning Sweepstakes Entries from any Entry Period Drawing will be included in subsequent Drawings. Each winner is considered a “potential” winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Entry Period: December 28, 2025 – January 6, 2026
• Drawing Date: About January 7, 2026

• Apres-Ski Giveaway
• Entry Period: January 10, 2026 – January 19, 2026
• Drawing Date: About January 20, 2026

• Blissful Year Giveaway
• Entry Period: January 22, 2026 – January 31, 2026
• Drawing Date: About February 1, 2026

5. Prizes:

A total of five (5) Promotion Prizes will be awarded in connection with the
Promotion, as detailed below:

• Cocktail Party Giveaway:
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) bar cart, one (1) ice bucket, two (2) glasses, one (1) cocktail shaker, and four (4) Carbliss recipe cards.

• Winter Comfort Giveaway:
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) blanket, one (1) charcuterie board, and one (1) sweatshirt.

• Ultimate Winter Giveaway:
• One (1) winner will receive an Airbnb gift card valued at two thousand dollars ($2,000).

• Apres-Ski Giveaway:
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) backpack, one (1) beanie, one (1) JBL speaker, and one (1) snowboard.

• Blissful Year Giveaway:
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) cooler, one (1) cribbage board, and one (1) set of playing cards. 

Promotion Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made, except at Carbliss' sole discretion. Carbliss reserves the right to substitute any of the respective Promotion Prizes for one of equal or greater value relative to the
applicable Promotion Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of the applicable Drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor's notification of such winner, or is disqualified for any reason, Carbliss reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may be required to verify their identity with government-issued identification and sign a winner’s agreement and release.

7. General Conditions:

Carbliss reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Promotion Prizes.

9. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this campaign or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Carbliss in connection with the campaign, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

10. Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at www.drinkcarbliss.com/privacy-policy.

11. Sponsor/Administrator:
