Carbliss “Citrus Back and Relax” Sweepstakes 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 47 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Maine) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SNFood & Beverage LLC (the "Sponsor") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as any alcohol beverage licensees (including alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, or retailers), and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of any prize. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by the Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of Promotion Prizes.

2. Promotion Period: The Carbliss “Citrus Back and Relax” Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on July 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, complete the following steps during the Campaign Period: (i) visit www.drinkcarbliss.com/citrus-back-and-relax (the “Sweepstakes Site”), where you will be directed to the registration form and (ii) completely enter your true and correct information in the required fields of the registration form (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth). Each eligible completed registration form received will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person per day, for a maximum of thirty (30) entries per person during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person, per household. Entrants may not share an email address.

4. Sweepstakes Drawings/Odds: There will be one (1) random drawing after the Promotion Period (“Drawing”). Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each winner is a “potential winner” pending verification.

Entry: Margaritaville Giveaway.

Start Date: July 1, 2026.

End Date: July 15, 2026.

Drawing Date: July 16, 2026.

5. Prizes: A total of two (2) prizes will be awarded. Margaritaville Giveaway: Two (2) winners will each receive a two (2)-night stay at the Margaritaville Lake Resort in Montgomery, TX (Tower Suite) and one (1) VISA gift card valued at $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of the Drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Winners may be required to verify identity with government-issued ID and sign a winner’s agreement and release.

7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair its integrity or proper functioning.

8. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and related parties from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any prize.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually without class action and exclusively in a court located in Wisconsin. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law.

10. Privacy: Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.drinkcarbliss.com/privacy-policy.
